i dreamt that i was late for work, a usual dream and a "usual" occurance.

i looked down at my cell phone to check the time. 2 missed calls? "denise look! your boss called you twice, ur so late!" said my cell phone in a polyphonic alvin chimpmunk voice.

"oh no see, those missed calls were from a long time ago. but look who's call u did just miss. it's from your beesssssttttfriend! aren't you sad you missed it? why don't you just stay in bed and call back? yes!" sing songed barry manilow from somewhere inside of my cell phone.

i flipped open the phone. yep 3 missed calls, two from my boss and one from my bestest friend. I guess i'll call my friend back.

"you are going to be in so much trouble!" alvin squeaked.

"just lay back down and i'll dial for you." soothed barry.

i stared at the cellphone and started to panic, i have to go to work!!! ooh but i really want to call my friend too. but work!!

I was about to ask alvin cellphone a question when i woke up to my actual cell phone alarm going off. i thought about alvin and barry for maybe a split second before turning off the alarm. i went back to sleep and dreamt that i was legolas the elf admisitering the SATs to the british royal boys, william and harry, and tony blair's son too.
